TOVO Futurity/Tulsa State Fair Check List

 

            ____ Stall form with fees sent to Tulsa State Fair.

            1. Stall(s) need to be reserved EARLY due to a limited number available. No stall reservation, you are not considered being entered for the show.

            ____ Entry Form with fees and REGISTRATION PAPERS sent to Tulsa State Fair.

            1. On the Tulsa State Fair entry form you MUST include ALL the classes (even the futurity classes for the TOVO and Land Rush) that you are entering but send fees for ONLY the Fair classes.

            ____ Entry Form with fees and REGISTRATION PAPERS sent to the TOVO Breeders High Stakes Futurity.

            1. Put appropriate class number on the entry form for all TOVO classes you are entering.

            ****Important—you must enter the corresponding Fair Classes to be eligible for the Futurity pay off****

            ****Registration Papers MUST be sent with the entry forms. No entry is COMPLETE until registration papers are received****

            At the show..............

            ____ CHECK IN EARLY. Get your show packet and back number(s).

            ____ Check off and initial your class entries.
